OnlyToday (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a habit tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when using the app and this website.

- Usage data (in-app): habit names, check-ins, progress values, timestamps. By default, these are stored locally on the device.
- Optional data you share: support emails, feedback messages, or attachments sent to our support address.
- Diagnostics (optional): crash logs or analytics if explicitly enabled in settings. If enabled, these may include device model, OS version, and app version.
If future features add cloud sync or accounts, we will update this policy and request consent before collecting additional personal data.
How We Use Information
- To provide core features: creating habits, tracking progress, and displaying scores.
- To improve stability and performance (diagnostics, if enabled).
- To respond to support requests and communicate about issues or updates.
Data Storage and Security
- On-device storage: Habit data is saved locally on the device unless cloud sync is introduced and explicitly enabled by the user.
- Security: We use platform-recommended practices to protect data. No security method is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize collection and retention.
Sharing and Third Parties
- We do not sell personal data.
- Service providers (only if enabled): crash reporting/analytics vendors process diagnostics to help improve the app. They are bound by their privacy terms.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data Retention
- On-device habit data remains until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app.
- Support communications are retained as long as necessary to resolve issues and meet legal obligations.
- Diagnostics (if enabled) are retained per provider policies and then deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access/Export/Delete: Manage or remove habit data from within the app or by uninstalling. Contact us for assistance.
- Opt-in/Out: Control diagnostics/analytics in settings (if provided). You may opt out at any time.
- Region-specific rights: Depending on location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children’s Privacy
OnlyToday is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us for deletion.
International Transfers
If we use third-party processors, data may be processed in other countries. We will implement appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated within the app or on this page.
